Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal - Hotel is divided into three sectors: Rio, Cascada, and Montaña. The names of the rooms refer to the sector of the hotel where they are located. (The KING & QUEEN rooms are part of the Cascada Sector). The Rio Sector is located 100 meters from the hotel reception and restaurant.

During your visit, guests can enjoy four exclusive hot spring pools, access to the San Miguel waterfall with a 180-meter drop of cold water, and wonderful natural spaces ideal for rest.

Terms and Conditions:

Check-in: 03:00 PM - Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival at the hotel.

Check-out: 12:00 PM - Room keys must be returned to the hotel reception before noon on your departure date.

Deposit required to guarantee your reservation: Once the complete data of the reservation holder has been entered and T&Cs accepted, the website will redirect the buyer to our Epayco payment gateway. On this page, the buyer can choose the preferred payment method to complete the transaction. The required deposit to confirm your reservation is 50% of the total value.

Suppose the deposit payment is not made correctly. In that case, it will be necessary to contact the establishment to finalize the process and confirm your reservation before it is canceled due to non-payment. The deposit payment must be made within 24 hours of the reservation creation.

CANCELLATION POLICY, NO SHOW:

When a user of the tourist services fails to show up at the hotel by 3:00 am the day after their arrival date or does not use the contracted services, for whatever reason, the penalty of retaining the 50% deposit of the total reservation value already paid will apply (Article 65, Law 300 of 1996).

Note: For reservations of 2 or more nights, the penalty will be equivalent to the total value of the first reserved night. Only users whose deposit was higher than the applied penalty can request a refund.
